Singer Kim Wan-sun has been sent to the prosecution on charges of operating an unregistered one-person agency for five years. She established KWSunflower in 2020 but engaged in commercial activities without the mandatory registration as a popular culture and arts planning business; her agency stated that the registration process has now been completed.
